Change Starts in your Thoughts

As you have probably noticed, I haven’t written in a few days. That is all because my winter break is coming to an end. I go back to work tomorrow and will have limited time. I have been spending time with my husband and catching up on grading papers and starting report cards. 

I really do not want to go back to work but I know I have to. 😞 I have a game plan though and I plan on sticking to my clean eating! I got a head start to break my old habits and it will be much easier. I found some awesome ideas on Pinterest that will be my will power. Frozen smoothie packs and a salad in a jar!  

 Every Sunday I will make a weeks work of the smoothie packs so I have my breakfast ready to go! I will also make 3 or 4 days work of salads in a mason jar. They say it will stay fresh at least 3 to four days! That way I have my lunch already made and there is no option for me to eat cafeteria lunch or junk food. So the only thing I will need to do is cook supper, and I already started looking for clean recipes for the crock pot! 😉 it’s mainly preparation and dedication. I can do this!

   

I would like to ask for prayers as I return to work (teaching 2nd grade). It is a very challenging school and a very challenging group of students. Some days I have my keys in hand ready to walk out and some days I love it! Pray that when my strength is gone that God will help me carry on. God’s will be done! And thanks for the prayers in advance!
